About 200 residents intervene in Glenmary (KY) lawsuit

Attorneys have never seen it before: residents so concerned about their homes that hundreds of those living in a subdivision are willing to enter court proceedings.   About 200 residents in Glenmary, representing nearly 140 homes, have been approved to enter litigation that has caused a divide in the subdivision since November.
