5 families displaced in Walton (KY) fire; woman credits dog with saving her life

Crews from Walton, Union, Florence, Burlington and Independence were battling the fire.  “Heavy smoke and fire was showing on the first floor of the structure when we arrived. The structure was fully engulfed,” Union Fire Chief Michael Morgan said.  Flames ripped through the building and erupted from the roof as about 50 firefighters attacked the fire.     Read the article…………
