Am I obligated to pay the assessment for bulk service?

Q: Our homeowners association (HOA) signed a bulk contract with a pest control company to provide pest control to each home within the community. The price of the contract is built into our budget and the assessments include the cost for pest control. I can get the same service at my home for a better price than the association received on a bulk deal and do not want to pay for the pest control through my assessments. Also, the words pest control do not appear anywhere in our governing documents, so how can the board do this?    Read the Q&A………….
