Amended Illinois condo law has some concerned about privacy

Q: I am a unit owner in a condominium association and recently received a letter from the management company advising unit owners that the Illinois Condominium Property Act has been amended to allow any unit owners to request telephone and email addresses of other unit owners in the association beginning Jan. 1, 2018. Is this information correct and can unit owners opt out of providing such information?     Read the Q&A……………..
