Hohmann, Brophy & Shelton, PLLC, announces that it has filed a putative class action lawsuit and is investigating further claims of wrongdoing by Niemann & Heyer, L.L.P., and other Texas Homeowner Association (HOA) debt collection firms and HOA management companies.
