Appalachian Highlands Ventures alleged to owe fees to condo owners association (WV)

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege they have suffered financial damages for not collecting payment for the defendants’ general operating reserve and propane fee in the sum of of $39,830.77.  The plaintiffs allege the defendants have failed to make payments for all dues and assessments properly levied against their properties.    Read the article…………….
