Appeals court dismisses Chesterfield (MO) property association’s solar panel suit

The Missouri Court of Appeals has affirmed a St. Louis County Circuit Court judge’s dismissal of a property owners’ association lawsuit against homeowners who installed solar panels.  The court dismissed an appeal from the Highlands of Chesterfield Neighborhood Association seeking to reverse a ruling that threw out its attempt to remove a solar array installed by Brian Hauge and Susan Hanley.   Read the article………….
