Ashburn resident in legal battle with Southern Walk HOA

An Ashburn man continues to seek answers as to why he has been denied the opportunity to sit on the board of directors for his Southern Walk homeowners association.  The saga of Sasidhar Aadipudi, a Southern Walk resident, stems from his 2013 inquiry into the finances and legal fees of the community’s homeowners association, specifically expenditures relating to telecommunications provider OpenBand. Since then, the episode has spiraled to include Aadipudi being denied an opportunity to run for an HOA board seat, being accused of stalking and eventually being kept off the board despite winning the seat in an open election.     Read the article……….
