Community Association Life: Use of handicapped parking spaces raises questions

Q: Our condominium has enough covered parking spaces so that each unit has one covered space and various uncovered spaces. Our buildings also have two handicap spaces by the front entrance. One building has two owners that each park a car in the covered space, and a second car in the handicap space. Can the condominium force this owner to only use his covered space?  Read the Q&A…………….
