Association Homeowners’ Protection Act clears Senate panel (NJ)

The Association Homeowners’ Protection Act would require homeowners associations to make available within one or two business days a roster of current board members with an email contact for each, board election dates and candidate application forms, the most recently adopted annual budget, and insurance information and policies.    Read the article…………..
