Q: I live in a walk-up condominium building and a dispute has arisen with the board of directors regarding snow removal on the rear stairs and porches in the back of our building. The association’s snow removal contractor is paid with common expense funds, but the board has not included snow removal for the rear stairs and porches in the scope of services.
