Must associations provide a copy of financial report?
Q: My condominium association administration refuses to comply with the Florida Statute 718.111(13) that requires the distribution of a copy of the annual financial report or a written notification to all unit owners be available to them if they provide a written request. The administration has posted the report on the association website and posted a notice that the report is available in the administration office but refuse to comply with the statute.
