Low attendance hampers condo board’s ability to make changes

Question: Our HOA documents were recorded at the time of construction, which was approximately 1985. They state that any amendments must be approved by 75 percent of the membership. I have been on the board for 10 years, and no matter what we have tried, we have never had more than two or three owners either attend a meeting or turn in proxies for a membership vote.   Read the Q&A…………
