Attorney: Watch legislation involving condo living

Condominium associations should pay attention to the Florida legislative session, according to a local attorney.  Donna DiMaggio Berger, a shareholder at Becker & Poliakoff, said there are more than two dozen bills that could directly or indirectly impact condominiums and cooperatives, many in a negative way.
