Australia: Sweeping strata reforms a step closer for NSW after new proposals reach parliament

MORE than 90 proposed changes to NSW strata laws have been introduced to parliament in two bills aimed at overhauling the existing rules, which were last amended 20 years ago.  The proposals introduced by Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation Victor Dominello include provisions addressing parking, pets and smoke drift and will make it easier for owners to complete minor renovations.    Read the article………..
