Avondale HOA (AZ) cuts water bill by 25 percent using smart irrigation technology

Water is a precious resource, especially here in the desert.  A homeowners association (HOA) just managed to slash its water bill by 25 percent.  “It’s beautiful and it has the lakes and wildlife,” said Marcia Landis, the vice president of the HOA board for Crystal Gardens.
