AZ: Everything must go: With flood control project done, city makes plans to sell subdivision

The city of Bullhead City plans to auction off the Stonebridge subdivision within a year, said City Manager Toby Cotter. The city paid the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation $15,000 for 144 lots in 2013.
