Dover condos benefit from energy saving partnership

A little more than a year ago, Yankee Thermal Imaging (YTI) embarked on a major project at the Bellamy River Village condominiums in Dover to help homeowners maximize their energy efficiency potential.  “This has been one of our largest projects,” said Tori Martin, YTI’s client service manager of the two dozen-unit effort in two locations, Debra Lane and Clearwater Drive. “This is a large group of customers and helping them realize significant savings through energy efficiency has been our top priority.”  Founded in 2008, YTI is a full service energy auditing and insulation installation firm. The Bellamy River Village condo association had originally sought information about how to mitigate sustained heat loss and winter ice dams. What unfolded required a great deal of education and nuance to confront a mostly unseen challenge.     Read the article……………..
