Embracing Technology for the Betterment of Florida’s Residential Communities

Florida has finally joined almost two dozen other states in permitting members living in private residential communities to cast votes in a more convenient, secure manner than previously existed. This is a particular boon to communities with large percentages of out-of-state and foreign owners who were previously unable or unwilling to participate in important membership votes because of the time constraints or simple inconvenience of voting by paper ballot or proxy.     Read the article……………
