Board not legally bound to negotiate sale of building

Q:  Our large condominium building is in a prime location, and the board of directors recently received an unsolicited offer from a developer to buy the entire building at a slight premium over market value. Is the board the appropriate party to negotiate the sale of the building, and what obligation does the board have to present such an offer to the unit owners?   Read more……..
