Brandermill, Woodlake poised to acquire reservoir land (VA)

Representatives of Brandermill and Woodlake are in the process of acquiring land beneath the Swift Creek Reservoir from the developer that built both western Chesterfield subdivisions.  Charlie Davis, president of the Brandermill Community Association board of directors, confirmed last week that discussions are proceeding with East West Communities, which owns 876 acres underneath the man-made reservoir.     Read the article………..
