Bridgeville (DE) pair indicted on theft of more than $20K

A husband and wife were arrested after a grand jury indicted the pair on charges of stealing more than $20,000 from a Bridgeville homeowners’ association, authorities said Thursday.  Unpaid bills to maintain the Morningside Village Homeowners’ Association’s sewage system led to the investigation of Jessica McGinnis, 33, and her 50-year-old husband, David.     Read the article…………….
