Burgaw (NC) offers to take over neighborhood’s deteriorating infrastructure

Earlier this month, the Burgaw Board of Commissioners unanimously voted to make an offer that JTV Investments LLC, the current development firm controlling Teal Briar subdivision on the west side of town, might find too good to pass up. Rather than wait for that company to dedicate the infrastructure to the town as has always been the plan, Burgaw will accept the water and sewer systems and the streets now — in an as-is condition.   Read the article…………..
