Caldwell (ID) woman sentenced for grand theft

A 72-year-old Caldwell woman will spend 60 days in jail followed by five years of probation for stealing tens of thousands of dollars from her retirement community’s homeowners association.  Ellie Agueros pleaded guilty in April to grand theft, admitting she’d obtained a debit card for a Florida Estates Homeowners Association account, then used that card to make over $30,000 worth of personal purchases.    Read the article……..
