Can condo board president run a business from his unit?

Q: I live in a condominium association, and our governing documents prohibit the units from being used for business purposes. However, the board president does not live in his unit and uses his unit to operate his business. His business website even lists the unit address for his business, and his clients routinely line up outside the building.  Read the Q&A……………
