Cary (NC) man takes down Confederate-style flag after HOA threat

Controversy over a Cary homeowner’s decision to wave a Confederate-style flag outside his home has ended.  On Sunday, WNCN News was first to report that Frank Bray, who lives in Cary’s Carpenter Village subdivision, received a letter from his Homeowner’s Association demanding he take down a controversial flag that was hanging outside his front door.   Read the article………
