Century Village owners balk after being forced to park farther from units (FL)

Clara Castillo, a 77-year-old widow who uses a walker, used to park her car near her unit at the sprawling Century Village retirement community.  But now her association has ordered her to use a space in another building’s parking lot – a six minute walk away. Castillo had been using guest parking until last month, when the management posted a notice that cars belonging to residents would be towed if they parked in unassigned spaces.    Read the article…………..
