Chandler (AZ) family and HOA come to agreement over approved gate

A Chandler family has struck a deal with their homeowner’s association over a gate that they built and that the HOA approved but was ordered to be removed.  Janelle Smith said on Wednesday the HOA has agreed to pay for the cost to switch back to the old gate and will reimburse her family $1,000.    Read the article………….
