Chino Hills (CA) slaps tax on Vila Borba units

Residents who move to the Vila Borba development will be taxed a hefty $1,264 per year to maintain parks, landscaping, public streets and trail improvements.  The Chino Hills city council voted at its July 14 meeting to form community facilities district (CFD) 2015-1 and levy the maintenance tax.    Read the article……….
