Christmas decorations spark HOA battle in Avondale (AZ)

In an Avondale neighborhood, there is one man who takes Christmas decorating to the next level and it’s not sitting well with his HOA.  For the past 8 years, Ralph Turkenopf has created an epic Christmas display on his front lawn. It’s a tradition that he loves to do but setting up takes a lot of time and he usually begins on Nov. 1 to get it all done.  However, his HOA set up new rules that say he will have to wait until late November to set up anything on his front lawn.     Read the article……………….
