Citizens expands clearinghouse to condo units

Condo owners seeking new or renewed coverage from Citizens Property Insurance Corp. will be required to first await offers from private insurers beginning Dec. 14.  That’s because condo units will be shopped along with single-family homes in the state-run company’s Property Insurance Clearinghouse, which was introduced in 2014 to help reduce Citizens’ risk exposure.     Read the article………….
