City of Wilmington (NC), Inland Greens HOA reach settlement in illegal tree removal

The City of Wilmington voted Tuesday night to accept a settlement from the homeowners association from the Inland Greens neighborhood.  In February 2015, the HOA removed 28 trees from public property without proper permitting and in violation of city tree regulations.    Read the article………….
