HOA clarifies rules, evictions will not occur (ID)

People renting from property management companies in the Driggs neighborhood of Buffalo Junction can breathe easy, thanks to a clarification made by the president of the HOA.  Property management companies such as Grand Valley Lodging were concerned when Buffalo Junction released their revised rules, which appeared to state that only an owner may rent to a tenant. This would not have affected many inhabitants in Buffalo Junction but in such a tight housing market, every eviction hurts.     Read the article………….
