Trash collection for condo complex denied (NH)

Selectmen rejected a condo developer’s request for trash pickup for the third time, saying they have no intention of changing the town’s trash collection policy.  Warren Kelly made the request for trash collection for his 26-unit complex at 377 Ocean Blvd. during Monday’s selectmen meeting. Last month, the Planning Board approved a site plan revision for that property removing the requirement that condo owners pay for their own trash removal, pending selectmen approval.   Read the article…………
