Condo Smarts: Building commissioning protects owners’ interests

Dear Tony: We purchased a unit in a new strata in 2015 that is part of several properties with Air Parcel Agreements, and I have become involved as our strata treasurer.  It has been confusing trying to figure out how costs between the parties are calculated, how they are paid and how liabilities are shared.
