The Commons ask Deerfield for help with roads (MA)

Deteriorating conditions along Heritage Way and Adams Court prompted representatives from The Commons condominiums to request help at Wednesday’s Selectboard meeting.  “In the winter there are some pretty nasty puddles at the end of driveways. And then they freeze,” said condominium association President Bob Dash. He noted icy conditions pose safety hazards for the development’s many senior residents.  According to Ellen Missale, representing the development with Dash, The Commons, off Lee Road, was built in 1985, and its interior roads were accepted as town roads.
