This was the scene of a massive blaze that gutted a condo complex last winter, It was only days from being completed.  Behind a chain-link fence, progress is being made in rebuilding a condominium complex that was destroyed by a massive fire last winter just days before it was to be completed.  “They were able to get us back up again, quickly.
