Condo Act changes are good news for investors

The creation of the Condominium Act of 1998 led to a real boom in development across the province, one that continues to hold strong.  Today in Ontario, an astounding 1.3 million people live in condos, not unsurprisingly the majority in the GTA.  But the boom hasn’t been without bumps and steep learning curves for some owners.     Read the article……….
