Condo Beef Ends With Attorney Fees for Both Sides

When it comes to awarding attorney fees, can both sides be considered winners in a fight between a condominium association and unit owner?  It depends on whom you ask.  Environ Towers I Condominium Association Inc. argued only one side could prevail.
