Mill Woods condo complex goes up in flames

Investigators are still trying to determine what caused a fire Friday that badly damaged a Mill Woods condo building.  Deputy fire chief Scott MacDonald said the fire was reported at 11:03 a.m., the first crews responded within three minutes.
