Condo Culture: Pet limits can’t be enforced retroactively

Q: I live in at condo that did allow two dogs when I took possession of my unit two years ago. The board wants to change the condo declaration and the rules to one dog per unit allowed. What are my rights if the board successfully changes the declaration and the current rule? Would I have to consider removing one of my dogs? I would have never purchased this condo if I knew that the animal rules can be changed.    Read more……..
