Condo Culture: Property manager defies rules, board of directors by enforcing strict moving fee

In our building there is a rule regarding a $350 fee for those who are moving into the building. This fee must be paid in cash or certified cheque. We were told that once we move in we would receive our money back when the common elements are inspected for any damages incurred during our move.    Read the article………….
