Condo flap has residents up in arms

In November, Worcester residents will head to the polls to elect City Council and School Committee members. Members of the Mill Hill Condo Association will cast votes in a much different election, one that will determine the three trustees that maintain the property and dish out fines. A coalition of disgruntled condo residents is planning to use that election to oust the current administration, specifically one trustee they claim is unfairly targeting them and making their lives miserable.    Read more………
