Condo market gets boost from FHA rule change

Buying and selling affordable condos in Chicago and nationwide is likely to get easier, as federal rules on which condo buildings qualify buyers for mortgages through the Federal Housing Administration loosened on Friday.  “The buyer pool just expanded,” said Mabel Guzman, a real estate agent with @Properties. “It’s a win-win.”    Read the article…………..
