Condo owners entitled to building amenities
Q: We have 145 units in our condominium complex, and many owners have rented out their units to tenants. Our property manager says that owners have the right to come in and use amenities such as the gym equipment, hot tub, car wash, theatre room, as well as the social room for their private use, even though they don’t live here.
