Condo owners finally get refunds from contractor

We’ve finally uncoiled this story.  More than a year after they each paid a $1,500 deposit to Great Lakes Natural Gas Company Ltd., five residents of a Duke Street condominium building were trying to keep their cool while awaiting delivery of new fan coils for their heating and air-conditioning systems.  But they were getting a little hot under the collar, since the heating and air-conditioning contractor appeared to be ignoring their calls and letters.     Read the article………..
