Condo owners meet with Burlington officials regarding crumbling building

Residents of 2411 New St. say they didn’t know their building had major structural problems when they bought their units.  The discovery in 2009 has led to lawsuits against the city and a host of other players that had a role in the six-storey building at one time or another.
