Condo Q&A: How do we stop our board from instituting a no-pets rule?

Q. We have a new board of directors and they want to ban all pets in our condominium. According to our declaration, pets are not banned. There is, however, a rule on the number of dogs, and their maximum weight, that must be adhered to. The board said it will grandfather our current pets but once they die there will be no replacement pets allowed.   Read the Q&A…………
