Condo Q&A: We’ve tried to tell owners to follow the rules but they don’t listen. Now what?

Q I am on the board of directors of our condo corporation. How do we deal with infringements of rules and regulations? Some owners think the rules apply to everyone else but them. The board continuously chases people out of the visitor parking, informs some to keep their pets on a leash and sometimes has to approach a few intoxicated people when their parties are too loud. It is very difficult to keep up with all these rules and we are becoming very weary.   Read the article………….
