Condo residents can’t be forced to remove their dogs: Condo Law

Q: Our condo has a no-dog rule. My neighbour has a dog that was apparently “grandfathered” under the rule and the dog is entitled to remain. Can the board actually prevent residents from having a dog?  Read the article…………
